This participatory design project that asked visitors to connect differently by connecting intentionally. Ribbons were printed with phrases that challenged the visitors to connect differently. “Hang out with a friend on a regular basis,” “Invite someone you don’t know well to have coffee,” “Send a note of encouragement to a friend via snail mail.” The visitors choose a ribbon and wrote down on a card which ribbon they chose and why. The cards were collected and answers shared online after the exhibition.
